Blind Abilities is a podcast and blog platform focused on accessibility, technologies, devices, and expanding employment opportunities for individuals who are blind, visually impaired, and deafblind. It offers insightful interviews with developers, users, and advocates in the field of blindness. Blind Abilities functions as a united community of blind, deafblind, and low vision members who share their experiences and offer advice to one another. We are committed to bridging the gap between limited expectations and the realities of Blind Abilities.
In line with our mission to enhance self-confidence and achieve higher expectations in all aspects of living with blindness, our Teen Cast podcasts provide valuable guidance for successful transitioning from high school to college and employment. Additionally, we offer life skills and everyday living content.
The Blind Abilities app ensures that you stay connected to the latest episodes and shows at all times. It allows you to quickly star episodes and save them to a list for easy enjoyment. The app also offers a car mode that provides larger playback controls when you rotate your phone. It is undoubtedly the most convenient way to access Blind Abilities.
